Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Metrogaze (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Metrogaze at metrogaze.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email address, and authentication details when you sign in with Google or email sign-in code.
- Product data — topics you follow, timezone, plan, and delivery preferences.
- Billing data — Plus subscriptions are processed by PayPal. We store subscription identifiers and status needed to provision access; card details are handled by PayPal, not stored on our servers.
- Usage & technical data — pages you visit, product actions (such as sign-in, onboarding steps, and plan changes), device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP. We use PostHog for product analytics and optional session replay. Sensitive fields (such as email and one-time codes) are excluded from recording.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide and improve the Service and your daily briefing
- Authenticate you and secure accounts

We and our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
